The Vintage Sweet Cart
Our beautiful cart has been hand crafted by us and can be provided for any occasion, whilst dressed to your requirements. We have a selection of décor to compliment your cart which will really give that added flare to your occasion. We have a number of different hire packages as shown below and you are welcome to contact us with any questions or specific requirements.
Hire Packages
Package 1: The Confectioners Choice £85
Includes:
8 Of our vintage sweet jars with sweets of your choice (4 large 4 small)
8 Tongs for each individual jar
Sweet Bags for your guests
Package 2 : Simply Vintage £145
Includes:
Hire of our Vintage Sweet Cart for you to use as a display for your own creation. This can be either dressed or undressed by us.
8 Of our vintage sweet jars empty for you to fill yourselves (4 large 4 small)
8 Tongs for each individual jar

Package 3 : Treat Your Guests £195
Includes:

Additional Booking Instructions
Once you have verbally confirmed any hire with us, we will send you one of our booking forms by e-mail or post. This is for you to complete and return to us promptly. We will ask you to give us contact details of the venue and whomever your event organiser is. This allows us to discuss any access times for delivery and collection directly with them, and not add further worry to you!
Sweet Themed Moments will deliver the Cart and any contents to your venue and also collect again afterwards. Collection will either be the same day or we may collect the day after if this is possible.
Upon return of your booking form to us, we always ask for a £50 damages deposit to be paid to us. This deposit is refundable to you, as long as our cart and all of it's contents are in the same condition as when we left them, when we return to collect it. Any damages may lead to us withholding your deposit.
We would ask that you pay the balance in full to us, up to three weeks before the date of your event and hire. This allows us enough time to order in any extra confectionary we may need for your special day. We do accept instalment payments before hand as long as you have completed your balance as stated. Any cancelation within this final three week period is non refundable.
Delivery and collection is free, however we may have to add an additional charge, for any venues outside of a certain radius from where we are based. Please check this with us. Please be aware we will ALWAYS try and provide the exact sweets of your choice, but if for whatever reason we are unable, we would let you know in good time and discuss alternatives.
Any sweets that you have left over from your event are yours to take home and consume!
